1. Shipping
Shipping Zones
We ship to almost every country in the world, including the United States, Mexico, Germany, France, Japan, and Australia.
If your country appears as an option during checkout, we ship there without any issues.
For legal or logistical reasons, there are some countries or regions where we do not ship (such as North Korea, Russia, or certain territories under international restrictions).
If your country is not listed in the order form, unfortunately, we will not be able to process the shipment.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer in the destination country.
Delivery Time
All orders ship from Spain.
- If the product is in stock, estimated delivery times are:
• Spain: 24–48 hours
• European Union: 3–5 business days
• Rest of the world: typically 5–10 business days
- If the product is not in stock or made to order, delivery may take up to 3 weeks depending on the production queue and destination.

➤ This timeframe ensures the highest quality standards and availability of all sizes and models.
You’ll receive email updates with estimated delivery dates after completing your order.
Shipping Costs
Spain and Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €60.
European Union: Free shipping on orders of two pairs or more.
Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders over €300.
Orders below these amounts will see shipping costs calculated at checkout.
2. Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days, and you are not required to provide a reason.
The 14-day period begins the day you (or someone authorized by you) receive the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us clearly within that period — via our online return form, email, or any valid method.
No prior approval is needed, but you must receive confirmation from us that your request was received.
The product must be returned in good condition. While we appreciate the use of the original packaging, it’s not mandatory as long as the product is properly protected during shipping.
To process your return, it is mandatory to attach a valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email).

Date of delivery

Partial Refunds & Exceptions
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Any item returned more than 30 days after the shipping date.
Items showing damage or defects caused by misuse, improper care, or negligence will not be accepted for return or refund.
In such cases, we will inform the customer in writing of the reason why the claim was rejected.
Size Exchange
If you wish to change the size, please use us form or email us indicating that the wrong size was ordered and the correct one you need.
We offer one free size exchange per order for mainland Spain and Portugal.
Exceptions apply to pairs ordered through the TOA Family enrollment form or exchanged through the TOA Family program — in such cases, customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange.
We strongly recommend checking our size chart before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size.
Return Shipping
Returns from mainland Spain and Portugal are free of charge.
For all other regions (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international destinations), return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
You may either use your own courier service or request a return label from us. If you choose the latter, a flat return fee of €20 will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange to reach you may vary.
3. Payment Methods & Purchase Process
At TOA Shoes, we accept the following payment methods:
Credit or debit card (via Stripe)
Klarna (pay later or financing, depending on eligibility)
PayPal
Direct bank transfer
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your transaction.
The sales contract is considered finalized once you receive this confirmation and the payment has been successfully processed.
4. Warranty
All our products include a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects.
