1. What You Can Customize:
Personalized name or small text (15 letters max.)

2. Location of customization
Customization placement varies according to the type and model of shoe.
- Toa S Hybrid Primitive:
– In the case of flag or flag and name, it is placed next to the Toa Shoes logo.
– In the case of name or text, it is placed below the Toa Shoes logo. - Toa U Golf Sky:
– In the case of flag or flag and name, it is placed next to the strap, towards the toe of the shoe.
– In the case of name or text, it is placed below the Toa Shoes logo.
3. Production and delivery times
Delivery time of 3 to 13 additional days for custom. Each customization is made with care and attention.
4. Returns
Personalized products cannot be returned, except in the case of damage or production error.

Your product will be sent without customization.
